What this website is

This website describes the services offered at Prudential Dental Clinic's Sydney CBD and Five Dock practices, introduces the dentists, and gives you ways to get in touch. It is written to help you decide whether to make an appointment.

General information, not dental advice

The articles and service pages on this website are general information. They cannot take account of your own teeth, your medical history or your circumstances, so please do not use them in place of seeing a dentist. If something in your mouth is painful, swollen, bleeding or broken, call the clinic. In an emergency, call 000. For health advice at any hour, healthdirect is on 1800 022 222.

Getting in touch through this website

The enquiry form sends your message to the practice by email. It is read during clinic hours, so it is not the way to reach us about something urgent. Please call instead. Sending the form does not create an appointment, and your appointment is confirmed only when the practice confirms it with you.

Booking an appointment

The "Book" buttons take you to YouCanBook.me, a separate booking service the practice uses. Once you leave this website you are using that service, and its own terms apply. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact the clinic directly on the numbers alongside so we can help you and offer the time to someone else.

Fees and payment

No payment is taken through this website. Fees are discussed with you at the practice before treatment goes ahead, and you are welcome to ask for an estimate at any point. Where prices, rebates or payment options are mentioned on this website they are a guide, and the practice will confirm what applies to you.
