This policy explains what this website collects, and what happens to it. It covers prudentialdental.com.au only. Information you give us in the clinic, and your dental records, are handled separately under the practice's own privacy obligations, and you can ask our reception team about those at any time.

What this website asks you for

There are two forms on this website. The enquiry form asks for:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• your message

The appointment request form on the Request an Appointment page asks for your name, phone number and email address, and for the date and time you would prefer.

Nothing else is asked for on either form, and no field is pre-filled. Please do not send detailed health information through them. If your question is about your treatment or your records, call us instead and we can talk it through.

Where your enquiry goes

When you send the form, your enquiry is emailed to Prudential Dental Clinic. A copy also goes to the review and enquiry service the practice uses to keep track of messages, and to Evosion, who build and maintain this website, so that the enquiry is recorded and can be followed up. The record that reaches Evosion includes what you typed, the page you sent the form from, and the identifiers described under "Measuring how the site is used" below.

Your enquiry is not stored in this website itself. Tapping one of the phone numbers on the site is also recorded as an enquiry, so the practice can see that a call came from the website. That record does not include your phone number.

Booking an appointment

The "Book" buttons on this website take you to YouCanBook.me, a separate booking service the practice uses. Once you leave this website, whatever you enter is handled by that service and by Prudential Dental Clinic, not by this website. Have a look at the booking page itself for how it handles your details.

Measuring how the site is used

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the site, which pages are read and where people arrive from. These set small files in your browser that give your visit an anonymous reference, so a return visit is not counted as a new one. The longest-lived of them lasts about 13 months.

The website also sets one of its own, which lasts about three months. It exists so that if you later send an enquiry, the practice can see which pages led you to it.

No advertising or retargeting tags were found on this website, and it does not take payments.

Other services this website loads

Some parts of the site bring in content from third-party services. When that content loads, those services can see your browser's request, in the same way any website you visit can.

• Google Maps, on the Contact pages, to show where each clinic is.
• Google Fonts, which supplies some of the type on the Contact page.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, on every page, as described above.
• FlyingPress, which measures how quickly pages load so the site can be kept fast.

We do not control what those services do on their own systems.
